- Lens in good condition with some wear- There's debris inside of lens. Debris is from damaged inner trim (pics #4-5)- Top inner tab cracked front and back (pics #6-7)- Clip tab is cracked (pic #8)- Scratches on housing (pic #9)- All other tabs intact- Comes with ballast
