DUI CHARGE: Emmanuel Vidales, 23, of the 7900 block of Kolmar Avenue, Chicago, was charged with drunken driving and speeding Aug. 21 at 111th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said. NO LICENSE: Darrell Buford Jr. , 30, of the 8100 block of Throop, Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license, having expired registration and no insurance Aug. FALSE REPORT: Marta Toporkiewcz, 20, of the 14600 block of Kostner Avenue, Midlothian, was charged with filing a false police report and disorderly conduct Aug. They said she told police she was the victim of a hit-and-run accident at 52nd Avenue and 100th Street, but an investigation determined that she had instead struck a bus earlier in Crestwood. SUSPENDED LICENSE: Rosalva Luna, 47, of Bolingbrook, was charged with driving on a suspended license Aug. 21 in the 7500 block of 95th Street in Bridgeview after an Oak Lawn officer had followed her from 95th Street and Ridgeland Avenue, police said. DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Christopher Saulsberry, Jr. , 18, of the 4300 block of 95th Street, Oak Lawn, was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. NO LICENSE: Keyana Brickell, 24, of the 6700 block of Claremont Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license Aug. 21 in the 6500 block of 95th Street, police said.
