The tires have decent tread left. They arnt extremely close to tread wear bar yet but they have been driven. Some are better than the others. By leaving the tires on the wheel it protects the rims during shipping and gives you some roll time until you eventually get new ones. This sale is more for the wheels which are beautiful.
