CONDITION:
The upholstery on these trim panels is Imola Red Napa Leather (BMW upholstery code: N5IM), and the panels are in good condition. They are NOT for cars with Side Airbags for Rear Passengers (BMW Option Code: S261A). The left side panel has one scuff at the front edge of the red leather. The right side panel has a few scuffs in the black vinyl at the far front edge. Otherwise, the finish is very smooth and nice looking. There is no significant wear to either panel, and no rips or holes. The sliding cover for the convertible top hinges are both intact. Both panels are in good structural condition. All the mounting points are intact. The armrests are not included. The tweeter speakers are included, but their function is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. These are used original BMW parts.
