Filter has 3 fuel line connectors and pressure regulator with 1 vacuum line port.Replace this to prevent raw fuel entering the intake manifold via the vacuum line that is attached to the pressure regulator.The pressure regulator on your BMW has ruptured diaphragm and needs to be replaced today!one of the pictures shows how this filter is installed on your BMW.
