Minnesota State Patrol has released Dash Cam footage from April showing the moment a trooper responded to reports of a child driving a car. The child – just 8-years-old – was seen behind the wheel of a 1992 Buick Roadmaster on Interstate 35W in Roseville, with police intercepting him when he pulled into a driveway in Mounds View – a good 12-15 miles from where it was reported. The trooper stopped his vehicle behind the car, which then reversed into it.
