The manual is in good condition with no loose, torn (with the exception of the first page which possesses a 1 1/2 inch tear) or missing pages. It does possess wear to the front and back covers(light staining, a few wrinkles/creases and corner/edge wear). Also the sides of the manual are lightly stained.
