Jose Martinez, 20, 200 block of North Kendall Street, Aurora, was arrested and charged with drunken driving and illegal transportation of alcohol around 2:26 a. m. Tuesday near South Locust Street and West Downer Place, police said. Rodney Williams, 45, 2000 block of Sapphire Lane, Aurora, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and delivery of marijuana at 10:49 p. m. Tuesday at his home, police said. A 2006 Buick Rainier was reported stolen sometime before 7:44 a. m. Wednesday while it was parked in the 200 block of South Springbrook Trail, police said.
