Police still searching for slain man's car - Jackson Clarion Ledger
Jackson Police Department spokeswoman Colendula Green said a juvenile found the body and notified a maintenance man at the Cedar Stone Apartments, and he alerted police. Authorities have not said if Kendrick was killed at Cedar Stone Apartments or if they believe he was transported there. At the time of his disappearance, Kendrick was driving his 2003 Buick LeSabre bearing Mississippi tag RDU 824, and his family said they believe that he may have been driving between Clinton and Madison. Police said Kendrick's car was not at the scene where his body was found.
