Charges possible after triple fatality crash - Dothan Eagle

Tracy Tabb said the accident occurred when a 2009 Ford F-150 travelling west in the eastbound lane of U. S. 84 struck a 2011 Buick Enclave traveling east in the proper lane. Lorie Renee Henley Haire, 46, the driver of the Enclave, and passengers Gloria Henley, 70, and Glynn Henley, 75, all died of injuries sustained in the accident. A fourth passenger, Kim Henley, 49, was injured and transported to a hospital in Tallahassee, Florida. Tabb said the Georgia State Patrol continues to investigate the crash and will turn over a toxicology report and other results to the district attorney, who will make a decision regarding whether to pursue criminal charges.
