This means we have to ship from one Greyhound station, to the closest greyhound station to you, and once it arrives there they will call you and somebody needs to go and pick it up within 3 days after being notified that the item has arrived at your closest Greyhound Station. It takes from 3-15 business days for the order to arrive depending on the destination.
