Two teenagers died late Tuesday in a crash near Litchfield, and the Minnesota State Patrol said alcohol was believed to be a contributing factor in the crash. The crash happened about 11:30 p. m. Tuesday when a 1998 Chevrolet pickup, driven by Benjamin L. Tate, 27, of Paynesville, was southbound on Minnesota 24 and apparently crossed the center line or lost control and collided head-on with a northbound... Two people in the Lumina, both from Montrose, died, according to the state patrol. A third person in the car, Kathleen J.
