EASY TO FIX, REMOVE DOOR PANEL. CENTER REGULATOR TRACK, OPEN UP THE END OF SLIDE TRACK WITH A PAIR OF SIDE CUTTERS OR PLIERS. SLIDE OUT OLD BROKEN GUIDES AND LUB TRACK AND SLIDE IN THE NEW GUIDES. WITH PLIERS OR CLAMPS PRESS REGULATOR ARM BALL INTO GUIDES. CLOSE END OF TRACK WITH PLIERS. WILL NEED TWO FOR TOP AND THERE ONE AT CENTER TRACK. GOOD LUCK
