You are bidding on a 1986 K5 Blazer that is in great shape for the year. I bought the car from a wholesaler that told me he got it from the original owner. Mileage shows to 47457, and the K5 is in great shape but I cannot warranty the mileage.
Specifics:
• 305 with an Automatic
• 4wd
• A/C, PS, PB, Power Windows and Door Locks
• 31*10.5R15 Bridgestone Dueler M/T in great shape
• 1G8EK18H4GF109174
• Lift off back Roof
• Front & Rear Seats are great (Recovering Seats costs $1400 with parts and Labor).
• Dents and dings on it. This is a 32 year old K5.
• I cannot find any rust.
• Passenger Door lock does not unlock.
• Complete Front End rebuilt. Yes, I have the receipt:
o Upper & Lower Ball Joints/Outer Tie Rods/ Drag Links/Bearing/Races/Rotors/Shock Absorbers/Pads/Studs/Universal Joint
o With a new A/C Compressor put on (I have that receipt as well).
o Total bill $3542.89
• Small exhaust leak on passenger exhaust manifold. I purchased some High-Quality Headers from Schoenfeld to replace them, but I never got them on. Still in the box. Receipt still on the box.
I bought the K5 for my son as his first car. I had the front end rebuilt and new front brakes installed along with the new Compressor. But then the grandparents surprised him for his 16th Birthday with their used car as they bought a new one. I gave him a choice of either one, but the other one had a backup camera which he really liked.
I am sure there are various other issues, but since it never became a daily driver under my watch I am not sure what they are.
