Police believe the shooting is linked to the recent upsurge in north Tulsa gang violence. Terry and 18-year-old Jerome Bledsoe were shot while in a vehicle near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and 46th Street North. The gunfire came from a 1995 Chevrolet Astro van carrying five men or boys, and investigators believe Knapper and Terry were two of the shooters, Sgt.
