This seat is very usable but does have some damage.
As shown in picture 2 there is a piece of the passenger side plastic hinge cover missing.
As shown in picture 7 there is a cut into the leather top, and a hardened, non-sticky buildup under the top latch.
Both of the latches work well and the rear cupholder folds out as it should.
