Aug. 21 At 7:19 a. m. two counts of trespassing was reported at 902 S. 10th Ave. Noah Christopher Rice, 37, of Sterling, was arrested at S. Sixth Ave. 20 At 1:37 p. m. Jacqueline Elizabeth Minor, of Sterling, reported the theft of a Logan County Sheriff's Office badge, valued at $100, and 9mm American Eagle box of 50 ammo, valued at $30, from 132 Park St. , sometime between 9 p. m. Aug. 16 At 10:48 a. m. Tanner Ashley James, of Sterling, reported the theft of $1,836 in cash from 222 Colorado Pl. , sometime between 10 a. m. Aug. 6 At 3:17 p. m. a 2013 Toyota Tacoma, driven by James Cosner, 81, of Akron, was stopped at the stop sign on Hamilton St. at S. Sixth Ave. A 1997 Ford Thunderbird, driven by Terrie Amen, 58, of Sterling, was driving northbound on S.
