A man and a woman were killed when their pickup crashed head-on with a tractor-trailer in Washington County, police say. They were in a 2001 Chevrolet S-10 pickup, going east on the highway. Pulliam was the driver, police say. Police say the pickup crossed the center line and struck a tractor-trailer going west. The driver of the tractor-trailer was a 45-year-old man from Belleview, Mo.
