AL man injured in broadside crash off of I-35 - Albert Lea Tribune
An Albert Lea man was injured Wednesday morning after a broadside collision near the off-ramp of northbound Interstate 35 and Minnesota Highway 30. Gilberto Sanchez, 69, was transported to the hospital in Owatonna for injuries deemed not... According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Sanchez, who was driving a 1994 Chevy Corsica, collided with a 2007 Kia Optima, driven by Anika E. Nowlan, 19, of Ellendale. The crash took place eastbound on Highway 30 shortly after 9:30 a. m. Nowlan and a passenger in Sanchez’s vehicle, Gilberto Sanchez Jr. , 41, of Albert Lea, were not injured.
