This is our newest 2nd Generation

Same design as our original one, but now with upgraded Waterjet Stainless Head Flange.  We wanted to make ours far superior than anything on the market by redesigning the flange for a better look, longer reliability and better material.  Other sellers that are selling a similar header have a cheap 409 cast flange.  Ours is a true Stainless 304 laser cut flange.

Fits 

2005-2010 Chevy Cobalts 2.0L Supercharged, 2.2L and 2.4L (except for 2008-10 Turbo models)

2004-05 Ions and 2005 Chevy Cobalt 2.2 has been reported that it hits the thermostat housing.  So it will not fit these 2.2's.

2006-11 Chevy HHR 2.2 and 2.4 (Does NOT fit 2.0 Turbo SS)

Also fits 2007-10 Pontiac G5's with 2.2 and 2.4 engines

2004-07 Saturn Ion.  All models 2.2, 2.4 and the 2.0 Supercharged Redline

Direct bolt on.  Replaces stock exhaust manifold and bolts directly to factory cylinder head and factory downpipe.  We call it a shorty header because we also carry a midlength and long tube header, but those require a different downpipe.  This shorty header is designed for people who don't want to replace their downpipe.  Our customers have requested this for some time after seeing all these cheap, horrible other brands designs on the market we finally decided to make one.  Ours uses thick 1/2" flanges and OEM style 3 bolt flange that goes to downpipe.  Not sure why other cheaper brands carry a weird designed flange that is not the same...
