• Alejandro Soriano-Segura, 19, of Atlanta, Georgia, was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and summary disorderly conduct on Garland Drive and South Hanover Street on Dec. Police responded to a disabled vehicle and found damage to the abandoned vehicle. Police said officers hear Soriano-Segura yelling loudly from the Home Depot parking lot, and said he was delusional, excited and paranoid and was arrested. Silver Spring Township Police (697-0607). • Jacob A. Davis, 27, of York Haven, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and DUI highest rate at Sheetz, 6558 Carlisle Pike, Silver Spring Township, on Dec. Police said Davis was seen in the store, got into a vehicle and left. The vehicle was pulled over, and he was found driving under the influence, police said. West Shore Regional Police (737-8734). • Thomas D. Scott Jr. , 24, of Lemoyne, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault in the 200 block of Walnut Street, Lemoyne, at 7:33 a. m. Dec. 20 with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and driving without inspection after an incident in Lemoyne on Nov.
