Cargo Net-Custom Made to fit Corvette - All models 1984-2019
This cargo net installs on the vertical carpeted surface on either side of the driver console. Approximate installed dimensions of this item is 7" wide x 10" tall. It creates a versatile storage net pocket for maps, wallet, phone, etc. Item in photo was installed in a C5 Corvette, but can be installed in any model year that has the room and has carpeted console sides. In fact you could install this in ANY vehicle that has a vertical carpeted area to install it on.
1 item purchased ships with one cargo net, 3 plastic/steel attachment hooks like the one one shown in the photo (2 needed for installation plus 1 extra) and installation instructions.
All VetteCargoNets are hand made, one at a time. The item shown in the photos are an example depiction of the item that will be shipped but the item you receive may not be the item shown in the photo. VetteCargoNets are made from the best materials we could find. Soft black grosgrain ribbon edging. 1" square netting that has 116 lb tensile strength made for indoor/outdoor applications. 3/16" black polypro bungee cord made with UV inhibitors and first quality rubber. 3/8" stainless steel hog rings. Strong upholstery grade black nylon thread. Black plastic attachment hooks with strong, sharp, thin steel pins that attach into the carpet and carpet backing.
Installation of VetteCargoNets products is easy and can be quickly removed/repositioned if needed. NO DRILLING OR CUTTING REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION. The plastic hooks with steel pins provide plenty of strength for holding the cargo net in place and handling a reasonable amount of cargo weight. (See Disclaimer for more details on cargo weight and cargo net capacity). When removed or repositioned, the steel pins of the hooks are small enough that they leave no visible holes in carpet.
