TECHNICAL NOTE:
KIT INSTALLATION ON : C5 CORVETTE with F45 Selective Real Time Damping Electronic Suspension C6 CORVETTE with F55 Selective Real Time Damping Electronic Suspension
This shock upgrade kit might be installed on Corvette equipped with factory F45 and F55 electronic suspension option , It is available on the market the so called MIL Simulator kits designed to disable DTC codes set from the Real Time Dampening system found in the Corvettes fitted with active suspension. Disabling the DTC codes allows for the addition of genuine GM non-controlled shock absorbers, Using the MIL simulator kit will restore the factory settings to the ESC module, and prevent the MIL light from activate the Code set which will limited the max speed to 80 mph.
