I bought a 1999 Town and Country for my own personal use. The lady i bought it from was told her cluster was bad. She bought two used ones and that wasn't the issue with it. They both were tested before removed but no milage was written down. Everything i sell comes with a warranty.
I have been in the used parts business for over 20 years. Decided to take it to the next level and sell on EBay. We test all of our parts before we list them. I am a small ma and pa store.
