Nebraska woman drowns in Missouri River at Running Water - Daily Republic
It was reported to the Bon Homme County Sheriff's Office at 11:07 a. m. , and Deputy Sheriff Preston Crissey said Keeble's body was recovered at 11:30 a. m. , when she was pronounced dead. A group of five people, including Keeble, was at the lookout area near the bridge on the South Dakota side of the river when the incident occurred. Crissey said Keeble reportedly went up onto a bluff area and then fell into the river. Two other people who jumped in to save Keeble suffered injuries in the incident. A man, who was part of Keeble's group, jumped into the river and suffered critical, life-threatening injuries, according to Crissey. Source: www.mitchellrepublic.com
