According to the Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a two- vehicle injury crash on Grassy Fork Road occurred when Joshua Hicks, 28, of West Union, was traveling in a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country when it traveled left of center... The Patrol reported that at 4:54 p. m. , the Portsmouth Dispatch Center received a report of an injury crash on Lapperell Road. According to the Patrol, a 1997 Ford Ranger driven by Malcolm R.
