Despite stopping traffic, shutting down streets and leaving the local council and police furious, a Sydney groom remains unapologetic about the wedding ceremony that stopped the Sydney suburb of Lidcombe. But groom Salim Mehajer is no stranger to controversy and now, wants to go from councillor to Kardashian-like figure.
