• David M. Ward, 40, of the 700 block of Bolivar Street was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance. • Gregory A. Green, 51, of the 4400 block of Countryside Drive was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance. • A Dodge Ram pickup truck worth $3,000 was reported stolen Wednesday from a home in the 4400 block of Hillcrest Oaks. Threats of harming another person will not be tolerated. Don't knowingly lie about anyone or anything. No racism, sexism or any sort of -ism that is degrading to another person.
