Jakupi jumped over a privacy fence that surrounds the house while Alchin circled the area in the truck, the affidavit said. Rodriguez confronted Jakupi, and during the confrontation, Jakupi pushed Rodriguez, the affidavit said. Rodriguez, along with his son, chased after Jakupi and found him inside Money Business Bar, 2740 N. Andrews Ave. Jakupi grabbed a bar stool and lunged toward Rodriguez. Rodriguez was able to subdue Jakupi and the two remained at the bar until police arrived. Jail records show Jakupi is being held without bond on charges including burglary with assault or battery.
