At the scene they found a vehicle’s front bumper with the license plate still attached. The plate was registered to a 1998 GMC Envoy. An Altoona police officer spotted a GMC Envoy missing its front bumper in a local residential area. After attempting to pull the vehicle over, the driver led the officer on a high speed chase onto I-80 eastbound reaching speeds between 95 and 115 miles per hour through construction zones, according to the release.
