New Orleans police are looking for two suspects accused of carjacking a man while he was changing a flat tire in Algiers Wednesday (Aug. Police said the man was changing the tire on his gray 2007 Honda CRV near Behrman Highway and Garden Oaks Drive around 2:30 p. m. A burgundy Dodge Charger pulled up, police said, and a man got out and offered his assistance. The man changing his tire turned down the offer, police said, and the suspect then pulled out a gun and demanded his SUV. Police said the man complied, and the suspect jumped into the driver's seat and fled.
