Honda sales drop in August (except crossovers) - Columbus Business First
As of noon Tuesday, with some manufacturers still to report their sales, trade publication Automotive News had industry sales flat. (NYSE:TM) which has said its sales were down 8. 8 percent in the month. General Motors Co. (NYSE:GM) was down 0. 7 percent. Sales of Marysville-made Accords fell 19. 9 percent to 40,931. Civic was down 5. 9 percent to 32,031 sold. Marysville-built Acura TLX, which debuted a year ago, increased sales 90. 4 percent to 4,353.
