LUDLOW – Police arrested a Chicopee man after they allegedly found him driving down the wrong side of West Avenue against the guardrail. Police charged Peter Santiago, 30, of Chicopee with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. Police said Santiago was driving on the wrong side of the road and he was driving against the guardrail. He was driving a grey 1997 Honda Civic. Source: www.masslive.com
