Limited Warranty Statement:   All new and factory reman turbocharger are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of invoice. All Remanufactured Turbochargers supplied by MIKE TURBO INC are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of  (3) Months from the date of purchase. Warranty for turbos is limited to repair or replacement by MIKE TURBO INC. Warranty WILL NOT honored in case of damage due to improper installation,misuse,neglect,unauthorized dissembly or alteration or external physical damage. No warranty is made for any claims for special, indirect or consequential damages(including but not limited to component removal or installation. equipment down time,prospective profits,or other economic loss) due to any defect deemed otherwise warranted by MIKE TURBO Failure to install new oil feed line when replacing turbo in this application will avoid any and all warranty.We strongly recommend that you change the oil, change the air and oil filters, oil feed line and drain line before putting on the new turbo and prime the turbo before starting the engine. Scorched / scored / seized / grooved / melted bearings or turbine shaft will void any warranty. 
Return Policy: You may return an items unused in their original packaging for refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. All products returned to Mike Turbo Inc for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. special orders, repair kits or electrical parts are not returnable and no refunds or exchanges can be made.
