Dublin man arrested, property, cash seized - Southwest Times
A Dublin man is being held without bond on drug charges after a search of his property allegedly turned up cocaine, marijuana and more than $18,000 in cash. According to court files, Kenneth Dewayne Eaves, 41, is charged with two counts of manufacturing or distributing a controlled substance and one count of distribution of marijuana. According to an affidavit Virginia State Police Special Agent Accountant James Scott filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court, the search of Eaves’ property turned up about an ounce of “suspected marijuana” and 1. 5 ounces of “suspected cocaine. An inventory of property seized included clear bags containing white powder and a white chunky substance, as well as bank bags containing $18,209. These items allegedly were found inside the trunk of a 2000 Mercedes registered to Eaves. They included a 2007 Triton boat and trailer, a 2002 Honda motorcycle, a 2004 2500 HD Chevrolet diesel truck, multiple utility trailers and a 1967 Chevelle SS collector car with an open title. General district court records show Eaves is scheduled to appear in Pulaski County General District Court Nov.
