BROOK PARK, OH – Police have found 73-year-old Joseph Thomas Moss safe early Thursday morning. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray khaki shorts, and white sneakers. Police believe he is driving a 2012 white Hyundai Sonata with Ohio license plate number EKW 8770.
