She was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with eight days served, balance probated two years. • Rance Lee Smith, 40, of the 1100 block of West Seventh Street pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree assault. Smith was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 294 days served, balance probated for two years.
