We were curious to find if the new Zoolander was up to the task. Built as a mid-sized five-passenger crossover vehicle with an emergency third row seat, the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander undergoes several changes that attempt to bring it closer to its rivals, which include the Honda CR-V , Nissan Rogue , Toyota... Two engine choices are available -- a 166 horsepower 2. 4-liter MiVEC four-cylinder with 162 lb-ft of torque and a 224 horsepower 3. 0-liter V6, which makes 215 lb-ft. 4-liter inline four-cylinder is standard on all models except for the GT, which gets the three-point-oh liter MiVEC V6.
