Troopers said that at 9:16 p. m. on County Route 44 in Waddington, Mr. Olmstead was stopped for having an unauthorized sticker on the back window of his 1999 Chevrolet pickup truck. Under state law, a BAC of 0. 08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication. Stephanie J. Steinburg, 58, of 28 Ridge St. , Norwood, also was charged Aug. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies with making an improper left turn. Deputies said that at 1:44 p. m. at Spring and Spruce streets, Norwood, Ms. Steinburg was operating her 2013 GMC Terrain when she attempted to make a left turn onto Spruce Street and struck another vehicle that was stopped at the stop sign. Her BAC was 0. 10 percent, police said. Andrea Gonzales, 34, of 5901 Route 37, Ogdensburg, also was charged July 26 by state police with driving on shoulders/slopes. Then she said she remembered there was a panic alarm button in their bedroom,where the couple had been saving cash, and she directed the men to there.
