The Problem: Electronic components inside the hybrid Intelligent Power Module may overheat, causing their solder to crack. This could cause several warning lights to display and may force the car into a low-speed "limp home" mode. The Problem: If the alignment bolts for the rear suspension are tightened improperly, the rear tire rod could move more than expected, causing rust and thread damage that can eventually lead to it failing. If the rear tie rod fails, it will cause "an abrupt change in the vehicle's alignment" that could make for unpredictable handling, possibly causing a crash. Source: www.automobilemag.com
