• Burglars stole two emergency packs, a radar detector, iPod, loose change and cigarettes between 10 p. m. Aug. 25 out of an unlocked 2004 Toyota Corolla on the 1600 block of West Woods. Value was estimated at $330. Vandals damaged a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2006 Ford Mustang on the same block several times between Feb. • Vandals broke the windshield wipers and scratched each side on a 2007 Toyota Scion between 7:40 a. m. and 5:50 p. m. Aug. Mount Prospect • Lina Vasiliauskiene, 42, of the 0-100 block of North Albert Street, Mount Prospect, was arrested and charged with endangering the life of a child around 10:40 p. m. Aug. • Thieves stole a girls' mountain bike between Aug. 13 and 16 out of a storage locker in an apartment building on the 700 block of West Huntington Commons Drive. Value was estimated at $100. • Vandals broke three windows between 6 p. m. Aug. 16 on a 1998 Nissan Altima in an apartment lot on the 1700 block of Forest Cove Drive. Damage was estimated at $500. • Vandals smashed the front driver's-side window between 9 p. m. Aug. 17 on a 2010 Nissan Rogue in an apartment lot on the 1700 block of West Algonquin Road.
