AS ONE of Australia's most respected news presenters, it is little wonder Sandra Sully drives a car almost as classy as her delivery style. Yet while she has fallen for the charms of German excellence these days, her family car history shows affection for the home-grown Aussie stuff too. What was your first car. It was fairly new and I remember taking out a loan for it. It made me feel very grown up at the time. What are you driving now, and what do you love and hate about it. . I am driving a black Audi A7 and just love it. It's a super smooth ride with excellent speed. when you need it. What car did your family have while you were growing up. . We were a Holden family, so I remember a Black FJ (1953-1957). In hindsight it was very cool, although at the time my siblings and I weren't that thrilled. We had several Holden station wagons, but my favourite family car was a light green 1967 sedan (Holden HR). It was very smooth with an almost silky column shift which I just loved driving.
