A Blackford County judge has issued a gag order in the Hartford City double murder case involving a father and his teenage daughter. Suspected killer Charles Whittington went to court Monday morning for his initial hearing as investigators try to get more information to help build their case. Whittington, 59, is accused of shooting 40-year-old Shane Paul Williamson and his 14-year-old daughter, Katelin, Thursday at the Hartford City apartment building where they lived. Shane was shot several times and found in the apartment complex's parking lot around 9:15 that morning. Katelin, who was shot once in the head, was found later inside their apartment.
