Valerie Trabold, 72, of Bedminster was heading north on Route 31 around 9:50 a. m. , and went through a red light at the intersection, police said. Her 2006 Buick hit a 2010 Honda Civic driven by Sarah Renz, 36, of Doylestown, Pa. , which was crossing over Route 31 on a green light, police said. Patrolman Umair Latif issued a motor vehicle summons for careless driving. 6, around 6:30 p. m. , Officer Jennifer Petruzziello stopped a 2005 Audi A4 driven by Almuradd Singletary, 24, of Hillsborough Township on Route 641 near Studer Road for alleged careless driving. Petruzziello detected alcohol on Singletary's breath and determined he was intoxicated. Singletary was also found to have a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a gravity knife. Singletary was arrested and transported to police headquarters where he refused to provide samples of his breath.
