Syracuse woman held on $100000 in Cadillac arson case in town of Onondaga - Syracuse.com

ONONDAGA, N. Y. -- A Syracuse woman is accused of setting a Cadillac Deville on fire in a town of Onondaga driveway, Onondaga County sheriff's spokesman Jon Seeber said. She is accused of setting the car on fire around 3 p. m. Sunday in the driveway at 4429 Howlett Hill Road, Onondaga, detectives said. Howlett Hill and Taunton volunteer fire departments quickly extinguished the fire, which caused minor damage to the interior portion of a 2002 Cadillac Deville, Seeber said. "While deputies were investigating the car fire, they located evidence of second fire that had occurred on the rear deck of the house," Seeber said. Onondaga County fire investigators were called to investigate the cause of the fires, which were quickly ruled arson, Seeber said. She was arraigned in Onondaga Town Court and sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $100,000 bail or bond. Source: www.syracuse.com
