1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic - Great White '75 - Lowrider Magazine

With a reputable arsenal of show cars under his belt, Alvaro never seemed to get the one car he dreamed of owning. The vehicle that always seemed to elude him was a 1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic. Coincidentally, 1975 was not only the year of his dream car, but also the year he was born. Alvaro finally got the chance to purchase his dream car when one became available locally. Alvaro works at Red's Hydraulics in Miami, Florida, so when it came time to start the customization of the classic Caprice it was all hands on deck. The Chevy was brought into the shop where Alvaro removed the stock suspension and added a full hydraulic setup. Alvaro's next step was to switch the front end to a '76 front clip. A new convertible top was added to replace the factory top. A full custom stereo system was installed so when the top is down on the hot Miami streets Alvaro can cruise to his favorite tunes. Alvaro's Chevy has become so popular in the community that when musicians and movie producers are in town to do shoots they bring in the Caprice for their projects. Rick Ross, T-Pain, Snoop Dogg, Shaggy, Pitbull, Ludacris, Fat Joe, Olly Murs and Flo-Rida have all done music videos including Alvaro's Chevy. Source: www.lowridermagazine.com
