Sheriff: Langlade Co. Suspects Arrested in Marquette Co. Following High-Speed ... - WSAW

Two people investigators said stole two cars and one snowmobile in Langlade County Saturday were arrested in Marquette County Monday afternoon after crashing their vehicle during a high speed chase, according to the Langlade County Sheriff. Sheriff Greening said the suspects left the scene, but short time later an officer located the suspect vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Investigators said that's when the vehicle, a black Ford pick-up drove off. Deputies located the black Ford at a property on Hill Road and discovered a 2006 Jeep was then stolen. Sheriff Greening said the Ford truck was discovered to be stolen from Oconto County. A short time later deputies responded to a cabin on Fairview Road in Phlox for stolen snowmobile. Sheriff Greening said the van is a blue 1994 Chevrolet Astro van bearing Wisconsin license plate 889-GNX. He said they believe the suspects are 37-year-old Lisa Patten and 21-year-old Colton Hancock. Sheriff Greening said a rifle and magazines for a handgun were recovered from the Ford pick-up. Sheriff Greening said the two were no longer driving the Astro Van stolen from Langlade County.
