Officials look for car involved in Pleasant Valley hit-and-run - NEWS10 ABC

PLEASANT VALLEY, N. Y. (NEWS10) – Officials in Dutchess County say they are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred on June 2 in the town. The Sheriff’s Office says the accident occurred on Drake Rd. approximately 1 mile west of Rossway Rd. in Pleasant Valley, when an eastbound minivan struck a westbound Honda Civic head-on. At this time all strong leads in the investigation have been exhausted, and the Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance with locating the vehicle that fled this crash. The vehicle is described only as a dark red minivan that left the scene eastbound on Drake Rd. towards the Taconic State Parkway, and at this time there is no description on the driver.
