POLICE: Man critically injured in two-vehicle crash near Madison, Indiana - WDRB

(WDRB) -- Indiana State Police say a Hanover man was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash that happened early Saturday morning near Madison, Indiana. Indiana State Police say the injured man, who was riding a motorcycle, has been placed into a medically-induced coma. The crash happened around 12:15 a. m. Saturday, according to an Indiana State Police news release. Police say the injured man was going south on a 2003 Kawasaki motorcycle, when a 1996 Chevy Blazer traveling north on Michigan Road attempted to make a left turn on to Village Drive. Police say the man was thrown from the motorcycle as a result of the crash. Authorities say the man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The driver of the Chevy Blazer was not hurt, according to police. Source: www.wdrb.com
