McCracken Co. police seeking public's help in locating armed man - KFVS
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man accused of wanton endangerment. The caller reported that an 8-year-old child from the neighborhood had just knocked on their door, saying that he and his brother had just been shot at. When deputies arrived at the location, they learned that a man identified as being Jeffrey L.... He then reportedly pulled out a semi automatic handgun and fired at least five shots. He then drove away from the area driving a maroon 1994 Chevrolet Blazer. Sheriff's deputies recovered at least one shell casing from the driveway. Collier is known to have returned back to his home a short time after the incident. A semi automatic handgun was recovered as well as his Chevrolet SUV. Collier was not located during the search of his home. Collier has an extensive criminal record spanning back to 2000, including convictions for harassing communications, terroristic threatening, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, wanton endangerment, contempt of court, and possession of...
